Hugo Bradshaw is a seasoned finance leader with over 13 years of experience in applied finance, specialising in startups, scale-ups, and SaaS ventures. As a fractional CFO, he partners with fast-growing tech companies to translate growth ambitions into actionable financial strategies, scalable operating models, and investor ready reporting. Over the past seven years in the tech sector—including four within SaaS, Hugo has helped drive signficant year over year revenue growth, optimised cash runways, and supported multi-million-dollar funding rounds with investors such as the European Investment Bank. He has led the implementation of financial systems, payroll, and inventory solutions to streamline operations and improve transparency across business functions. Earlier in his career, Hugo trained at a Big 4 firm in New Zealand, where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation and gained deep experience in advising SMEs through rapid growth and transformation.
